Can we invite friends to the house?

We encourage guests to invite friends to the house - it is the perfect venue for dinner or an afternoon relaxing by the pool. View the beautiful outdoor spaces in our galleries. However, we would remind guests that the house is in a residential area, so it is important to be respectful of the neighbours, especially late at night. If guests wish to play music we politely request that this is done inside the house with the windows and doors closed. The setup of any DJ equipment or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.

What is our security system?

The house is equipped with the latest alarm system and security cameras. There is also a safe in each bedroom. We would remind guests that each year there are unfortunate stories in Ibiza, often when tourists let down their guard and leave windows/doors open. Please make sure to use the alarm and be mindful of inviting anyone you do not know to the house. If you follow these simple steps you will have a trouble free vacation.

What is my security deposit for and how is it handled?

A security deposit is intended to reimburse the owner in the event of damages or other losses. Will be refunded within 20 days after the end of the villa rental.

How do I collect the keys of the villa?

The House Manager will be at the house to welcome you on your arrival, giving you the keys and a tour of the house.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

The villa is located just 5 minutes drive (3km) from the village of Jesus, where you can found all necessary shops. There is a butcher, baker, bank, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, hairdresser, doctors, pharmacy, tobacco.

What is the best season to visit Ibiza?

Ibiza has something to offer in every season depending on what you are looking for.

The high season is the end of June, plus of course July and August. The island is very busy at this time but the weather is hot and you will find restaurants and clubs packed with beautiful people. When visiting at this time of the year we recommend making some bookings before you arrive.

The months of April, May, September and October are quieter and the weather is slightly cooler. There is less traffic and the vast majority of restaurants and other attractions are open so we think this is a great time to visit the island.

November to April can be cold at times but the island still has a special attraction. You will still find a lot restaurants open and the overall vibe is calm and peaceful. Definitely something to experience.
