This luxury villa is located in the prestigious Cap Martinet area of Ibiza. With an elevated position it boasts spectacular 180º views of Talamanca, Ibiza town and all of the way to Formentera. The recently refurbished interior offers comfort with a modern feel providing a unique charm to this beautiful property. The extensive grounds offer plenty of options whether it is relaxing in the sun by the pool, the fantastic chill out area or taking in the impressive view from the terrace. There is a dining area inside and out and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite and shower providing maximum occupancy for up to 10 adults.

Pricing

We have a minimum stay of one week with check-in on Saturday. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Depending on availability, we will do our best to assist with early check-in or late check-out.

Ideally situated, the villa is just 15-20 minutes away from Ibiza airport and 10 minutes away from Ibiza town. Within a few minutes is Talamanca which boasts Destino, Fish Shack, Sa Punta and Nobu as well as Talamanca Beach. The closest place for shopping and other essentials is Jesus, which is just 5 minutes away. Here you can find several supermarkets, organic food stores, plus a gym, pharmacy and other convenience stores.
